At the Perry Church of Christ, we have a simple focus…we just want to follow Jesus. 

We believe God reveals Himself through His holy Scripture. We believe Scripture came by God's inspiration through the Holy Spirit. So it's our only guide.

We place a high value on study of the word of God. But the goal of our study isn’t to win bible trivia games. The aim of our study is to get as close to God as possible. Jesus said, "Now this is eternal life; that they may know you, the only true God and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent" (John 17:3). 

The prophet Jeremiah spoke these inspired words some 600 years before the time of Christ, but they’re just as true now…”This is what the Lord says: Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it; and you will find rest for your souls.” (Jeremiah 6:16)

That’s our mission. A modern expression of an ancient faith. We’re not flashy. There’s no gimmicks. No fancy lights. No flashy band. JUST JESUS.
